Resources

Helpful starting points.

A few areas worth exploring as you plan. Always confirm the details directly with the university or official application source.

Program & University Research

Start with official university program pages and provincial application portals to compare admission requirements and prerequisites.

Grade 12 Course Planning

Check that your student's Grade 12 courses line up with the prerequisites for each target program — requirements vary by university and faculty.

Application Deadlines

Applications may go through a provincial application centre or directly to each university. Note each program's deadlines, including any early rounds.

Scholarship Tracking

Track entrance scholarships, external awards, and their deadlines, essays, and reference requirements in one place as you go.

Reference Letters

Give teachers, employers, coaches, and community references plenty of notice, and share a short summary of the student's goals and activities.

Budgeting for Year One

Estimate tuition, residence, books, transportation, and other first-year costs early, and factor in scholarships, savings, and government student aid.
