We collect the information you provide through our questionnaire and any supporting materials, which may include: the student's name, grade, province, and school; student and parent/guardian email addresses; planned or current courses and marks; universities and programs of interest; extracurricular, work, volunteering, leadership, and award details; scholarship goals and references; and budget and family priorities. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Prepare and deliver your personalized planning report;
• Communicate with you about your order and report;
• Process payments and provide support; and
• Maintain records and improve our service.

Children and minors

Our service is intended to be purchased and submitted by a parent, guardian, or a student with appropriate consent. Because reports often relate to students who may be under the age of majority, we ask that a parent or guardian review and consent to the submission of a student's information. If you believe a minor's information has been submitted without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our service — for example, payment processing, email delivery, secure database hosting, and AI-assisted report preparation — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to prepare and deliver your report and to maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function and for secure checkout. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
