PathwayPrep.ca provides personalized planning reports that help students and families organize information related to Canadian university planning, course selection considerations, scholarship preparation, resumes, budgeting, timelines, and next steps. We are an independent planning and organization service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, school board, application centre, scholarship provider, or government agency.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee university admission, scholarship awards, program acceptance, financial aid, or any specific academic outcome. Our reports are for general planning and educational organization purposes only and do not replace official university, school, financial, or professional guidance. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. Reports are prepared based on that information, and we are not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or missing details. You are also responsible for confirming final requirements, deadlines, fees, and program details directly with official sources.

Eligibility and consent

By submitting information about a student, you confirm that you are the student, a parent or guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide that information and to consent to its use as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees, payment, and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in Canadian dollars and payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Because each report is personalized, all sales are final once the questionnaire has been submitted and preparation has begun. See our Refund Policy for details, including how to reach us about a technical issue or duplicate purchase.

Intellectual property

The report we prepare is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute it. The PathwayPrep.ca name, brand, and materials remain our property. University and program names are used for reference only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PathwayPrep.ca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or reports. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
